Mr. Lin Muhe, the founder of LAN Fong Yuen, came to Hong Kong at the age of 19, and after 5 years of apprenticeship in a food stall, he started LAN Fong Yuen at the age of 24. From then he has been devoting himself to milk tea for over 60 years, and the Silk HongKong milk tea and Yuenyeung Milk Tea he invented has made LAN Fong Yuen the restaurant offering authentic Hong Kong milk tea among Hong Kong people.
